Registration Policies

  • Early Bird Pricing Ends
    5PM ET Friday, May 31st, 2024
  • Late Fee Activates
    12 AM Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024

  • Registration Cancellations

    If your plans change and you can’t attend the event, please contact h2revents@greenblue.org to notify us of your cancellation. This will help us prevent food waste and plan our space more accurately.

  • Registration Transfers

    Registrations are non-transferable including tours. If you can please still notify the H2R Events Team by Friday, September 27th, 2024 by email to h2revents@greenblue.org we will cancel your existing registration. If you were registered under a sponsor ticket this will free up that spot for someone else from your company to use.

  • Registration Refunds

    All registrations are not refundable. This includes the carbon fee.
